Butterfly Chaser Photography Decides to Stay Current

To stay current with all you young people and your internet trends, I have decided to make a facebook page for my business. (I will not, however do Twitter...I have to draw the line somewhere!) If you would like to be my friend on facebook, my business page can be found here.

Since I don't like to post here without a picture, here is a image of my sister's cat Maeby.

Colton

This sweet boy is Colton, he was WIDE awake when we started his session and he resisted sleep like a trooper but we got him eventually.

This chocolate blanket is his parents, but I think I might get one from my newborn props because I love how it photographed. I think he looks like a tiny little bear cub. Look how fuzzy his little shoulders are!

Maternity: My Sister

I don't usually post images of my family members on my business blog, but I thought I'd make an exception today.

This is my younger sister, Lydia. I have three sisters, three brothers and two (obviously) insane parents. ;)

Lydia is the third-born and has spent much of her life looking for things she could do first. As such, she was the first of us siblings to get married and now she is the first to have a baby! We are all completely excited. Some more than others (read, me); doesn't Auntie Sarah have such a nice ring to it?

It's a boy! I'm going to have a nephew!

They are currently still searching for names, but I think they won't reveal the chosen one until after the little man makes his debut.

My sister yesterday, at 22 weeks or 5 1/2 months. There's starting to be a bump!

Nicole and Nathan

This sweet little man is Nathan!

I'll post more pictures of him later...blogger posts images from the bottom of the post up and as I was loading his images I noticed I need to rush or be late for a shoot!

This is his sister Nicole, she was a little bit shy at first...

...but with some help from her daddy (camera left) in this picture, we warmed her up!

This handsome little man is named Kaden. He's the 4th child and has three older sisters so the tee-shirt is very fitting.

He was so accommodating to shoot! Very mellow about being posed!

This handsome young man's name is Logan.

Bryce is his younger brother. Isn't this picture sweet?

Of course, it rapidly moved into this picture... :)

I love the intensity in this one and how he folded his hands around his arms .



It was a chilly, windy day when we shot these (despite our best efforts at finding a good day...Febuary can be like that) but these guys were troopers and you'd never know the weather was nasty!



I love grass as a background. It does such nice organic shapes.
