Parker and Colton

These sweet brothers are Parker and Colton and they are so fun to shoot!

We offended Colton early in the shoot and he decided to let us know he was still upset for a while. LOVE the personality in this shot.

This is pretty much the next shot, so it didn't last that long. ;)

I love before and afters! This is Colton and his momma when he was a newborn and then again at 5 months.

On Availability

For the fall season I am currently booked every weekend through the end of the year. I am also thisclose to being entirely booked for the season. I have about 7-10 more sessions spots open for families and then I will ONLY be taking newborns shoots for the remainder of the year. (Newborns can be shot in the middle of a weekday, which is a time when most families cannot schedule a family shoot.)

Over the summer I made the mistake of scheduling too many shoots, and my editing time took a hit. (There's only one of me and if I'm shooting I'm not editing and so forth) I was shooting about 6 hours a day, and then replying to e-mails, dropping off CD's and mailing CD's another 2 hours, so 8 hours a day before I could even start on editing. I do not take days off. Obviously this is not a workable schedule for long and so I am restructuring for the fall to make sure everyone will get their images quickly and in time for holiday printing.

Thanks for your understanding! I'm looking forwards to cooler weather and all these fun Halloween and Christmas card shoots! :)

Cousins! Reid, Grace, Kirk and Kirsten

These 4 adorable faces are two sets of cousins that are exactly the same ages - 3-years-old and 9 months. Isn't it awesome that they'll always have a same aged companion at family gatherings?

Their names are Reid, Grace, Kirk and Kirsten.

We did a few of the boys, but the shoot was mostly about getting an entire cousins grouping and then shooting the girls 9-month pictures.


Sweet Miss Grace. We have a picture of her mother at about 9 months pregnant with Grace on this bridge so I was pleased we did her 9 month portraits here as well. :)





This shirt was their grandmother's when she was a baby, isn't that neat?

Ella and Shepherd

I shot two sweet kids recently; Ella who is 3 and Shepherd who is 2.

This was one of thr first images of the session and also one of my favorites, Shepherd and his daddy.

I asked Ella to get into this chair and this is what she did. Oh 3, you are such a wild fun age! ;)







Loved her curls and big blue eyes!

After a while of being outside we got hot and headed inside. How gorgeous is this kid?

You can tell Shepherd gets read to a lot, he immediately got a book and asked me to read it to him.

Clara

This beautiful princess is named Clara. Isn't it lovely how all the members of this family have separate and gorgeous eye colors?



It was an overcast morning when we did these and little Miss Clara was sleepy and yawning/rubbing her eyes for most of the shoot and still she did amazing for us! What a dollbaby!
