Zane- nine month session

This handsome dude is a young neighbor of mine. (I have really nice neighbors). We did his 9 month session at a local park.

Zane does the BEST faces. He's a pretty animated kid.

My sister thinks Zane is particularly handsome because he looks a tiny bit like her son Otto. I would have to agree ;)

These next few images are from a separate mini shoot we did when Zane was 11-months-old.  The shirt he's wearing in these images is the first thing his mom bought when she realized he was pregnant. It's an 18-month-sized shirt and yet we were worried he would outgrow it before his 1-year-shoot so we did a mini instead.

Please note the kayak is anchored on rocks, and I photoshopped his dad out of most of these images.  Zane was never in any danger of falling out of the kayak, or going adrift.
